Contact and quote form submissions on this website are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form handling service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Web3Forms servers and forwarded to our team by email. Web3Forms does not store form submissions after delivery. By submitting a form on this website, you acknowledge that your data will pass through this service in transit to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI-Assisted Processing

When you submit a quote request that includes a description of your space or cooling requirements, that description may be processed by an artificial intelligence model for internal use only: it is used solely to assist our staff in preparing an accurate proposal.

Your inputs are transmitted to a third-party AI service provider (Anthropic, Inc.) under their data processing terms. It is not stored by the AI provider beyond the duration of the request. If you prefer that your inquiry not be processed by AI, please contact us directly by phone or email.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Communications may be stored in our internal systems for service history and follow-up.

6. Cookies & Analytics
